I love the names of your jewelry. What’s the meaning behind them?
The names are inspired by all things Nashville. We particularly like to pay homage to country and local indie musicians, as well as historical and significant places around town.
I have some brooches from my grandmother. I love them, but I just don’t wear them as-is! Can you help me update them?
Yes! Fill out our online form (More > Custom) to get started. If you are local, we can schedule a design appointment in-person. If you are not local, you can send us pictures of your keepsakes, and we can go from there. Not sure what you want, style-wise? We can help! We have a short questionnaire we can provide to help hone in your personal style.
Your collection is gorgeous! How can I see it all in person?
We do local shows and pop-up shops regularly! Follow us on social media (@willajeanjewelry) and sign up for our newsletter to stay in the loop on upcoming events. We also carry select pieces in stores around Nashville - check out our "Stockists" page to learn more.
Are your long necklaces adjustable?
For the most part, yes! Each necklace comes with a Willa Jean tag, attached with a black clip. This clip can be used to pin your necklace to a shorter length, if desired.
If you are unsure how to adjust your necklace using your clip, don’t fret! Simply drop us a line as hello@willajeanjewelry.com, and we’d be happy to help.
I accidentally broke my necklace – help!
Not to worry! Accidents happen. Send us a picture and let us see what we can do to repair it for you.
I saw a piece I loved last week, but now it’s sold out! Will it be restocked?
All our pieces are one-of-a-kind (except our Homegrown™ collection). So, if you see something you like, snag it before someone else does! Check back regularly for new designs – you can also subscribe to our newsletter, and follow us on social media (@willajeanjewelry) to stay up to date on all things Willa Jean.
Your photography is amazing – who took your photos?
Most of our lifestyle photography is provided by the insanely talented Tyler at Southern Luck Creative, and Chelsea at Urban Bay. You can contact them, and follow along and see more of their work, on instagram: @southernluckcreative // @urbanbay
